The Jim McLean Golf School at Grand Traverse started in 1998, only one of three McLean golf schools at the time. I have had the great fortune of being at the school over the past nine years as the GTR Director of Instruction. Our SuperStation was hailed by Jim McLean as one of the best in our fleet, and possibly one of the best in the country. A generous three bay, indoor-outdoor hitting facility allows the school to operate in all sorts of weather. With state-of-the-art computer and video equipment, and the industries best source of top player footage, golfers of any level are sure to experience a world-class golf school or lesson. Having being nominated just recently for the sixth time to GOLF Magazine's Top 100 Teachers' list, I guarantee my students that they will receive the same instruction and enthusiasm as they would receive from Jim McLean or any of the other Top 100 Teachers in his school family.
